Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse. Orders placed Friday after 2pm PT ship the following Monday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Free standard shipping on all US orders $99+
• Standard (3–6 business days): $19 flat under $99
• Expedited 2-day: $39 flat (continental US)
• Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: additional fees calculated at checkout

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, EU, UK, Australia and most of Southeast Asia. Duties and taxes calculated at checkout. Delivery 7–14 business days.

Carriers

FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Server-rack and home-storage units may ship via freight LTL with appointment delivery.
