All BUKNUWO products are sold as FINAL SALE. Once your order has been placed and paid for, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason — including buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or change of mind.

Please review your order carefully — voltage, capacity, dimensions, terminal type — before completing your purchase. Our team is happy to help you select the correct battery prior to ordering.

Manufacturer Warranty Still Applies

Although we do not accept returns or exchanges, every BUKNUWO battery is fully backed by our 5-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your battery develops a verified defect during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it under the terms of the warranty policy.

Damaged or Lost in Shipping

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged or never arrives, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos and your order number. Verified shipping issues will be resolved with a free replacement — this is the only exception to our final-sale policy.
