We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you encounter any of the following issues upon receiving your order, please contact customer service within 48 hours and provide the required documentation:
1. If the product you received is damaged, please provide clear photos or videos of the item (showing the outer packaging and the damage). We will then assess the condition of the product and either replace it or issue a refund.
2. If you receive the wrong product, please provide photos of the item (showing the product and its label). We will then send the correct product or process a return and refund based on the actual condition of the item provided.
3. If any items are missing, please provide photos of the product (showing the item and its label). We will then reship the missing items based on the actual condition of the item provided.
4. If a product is undelivered or lost, we will assist with tracking the issue or arranging a reshipment, and will process a replacement or refund accordingly.

Part 1: Return Policy & Process.
1. 30-Day Return Window We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it— in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.
2. Return Shipping Costs
For Quality Issues / Company Error: We fully cover the cost! If your battery has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, Buknuwo will provide a prepaid return shipping label. You pay $0 for the return shipping.
For Customer’s Personal Reasons: If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer need the item, you are welcome to return it within 30 days. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Zero Restocking Fee Promise Unlike many other battery brands, we charge absolutely NO restocking fee (0%) on any eligible returns. We believe in transparent pricing and stress-free shopping.
4. How to Initiate a Return Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Email our support team at gmail@buknuwo.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. (If it’s a quality issue, please attach photos or a short video of the problem).
Step 2: Within 24-48 hours, our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number along with the exact return shipping address.
Step 3: Pack the battery securely in its original box and ship it back to us. Please share the tracking number with our team so we can monitor its arrival.
Part 2: Refund Policy & Process
1. Inspection & Approval Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned battery.
2. Fast Refund Processing If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
Please note: We process refunds within 2 business days, but it may take an additional
3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
3. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please follow these steps:
First, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective battery for the exact same model, please email us directly to initiate a fast-track replacement.
